I have the same issue since yesterday.
Same problem, and still no fix because thereās no support from Friday to Sunday. Itās unacceptable for a company whose product relies on a daily memory algorithm to have no one on shift to handle critical failures when they occur.
Same issue. I cannot study because of this.
Additionally, when deleting the app and trying to relog to fix it, I am now getting a 500 error
[EDIT: I think I logged in with the wrong username. False alarm. Sorry for causing panic!!]
It finally let me log in, but I am now missing my entire library and study history. Literally over a year of progress all gone⦠I also just got an email saying āWelcome to Skritterā as if my account were completely newā¦.

I have the same problem. I thought it was because I just renewed my subscription but obviously it is a bigger problem than that since more than me are experiencing this problem. I have tried a lot of things the whole day and nothing works.
Hey everyone. Sorry that you were experiencing nasty sync lag. We restarted the servers this morning and it seems to have done the trick. Initial sync, activity syncs, etc. are feeling normal again. Havenāt figured out exactly what the root cause was yet, but weāll continue to monitor things and restart again if needed while we investigate.
If things do slow down again, try and be patient and it should eventually sync. It took about 3 minutes to finish the sync this morning when I opened the app. It felt like a lifetime compared to normal, but it did eventually finish the sync.
Sorry for the frustration. None of our droplets were running anywhere near capacity to fire off an alert, which weāll need to dig into, but the second I noticed syncs taking WAY longer than expected, we jumped online to try and sort things out. Sorry again, and I hope things are back to normal for ya!
