Uploading to a list? (From, say, CSV)

Is it possible to upload my own list from a CSV?

I managed to Export the standard HSK 3 vocab list for Chinese as a CSV and would like to change the order so it matches the chapters in the HSK 3 Standard Course textbook.

Also how would I make the sections match the chapters?

Is it only possible to copy-paste rather than preparing everything off-line and uploading it in one step?

In the meantime the only way to do this would be to copy and paste words (up to 200 at a time) into a list section, however we hope to add in more word features in the future like uploading words to a list from a .csv!
