@lechuan we discussed your proposal at the team meeting. We are in agreement. Lechuan behavior will be worked into the app at some point soon. We will work on making this very clear in the app before official release. This will be the hide button behavior for the app moving forward.
Hide Reading On
Tap to show on the unanswered card. Once answered, the hidden reading is shown.
Hide Definition On
Tap to show on the unanswered card. Once answered, the hidden definition is shown.
Both Hide Buttons On
Writing Cards
The definition will remain displayed since we have to show you something about the item.
Pinyin will be hidden and will be revealed upon completion of the prompt.
Tone Cards (Chinese only)
Pinyin will be hidden until tap, or prompt is answered.
The definition will remain hidden.
Definition Cards
Reading (pinyin, zhuyin, kana) remain hidden unless tapped.
Reading Cards
The definition will remain hidden unless tapped.
