American living in Singapore. Most of the last 6 months have revolved around learning Chinese, which I never thought I'd like or love. For the last 8 years I've heard my Chinese wife and family speak Chinese and I've had -200% desire to learn, but things changed or I've changed...I really don't know.

About me: My family originated in Finland and about 100 years ago moved to the United States and Canada. I grew up in the country/farmland and lived a wonderful life in America in the 80s and part of the 2000s. At the age of 11, I knew I'd marry an Asian woman someday and my biggest hero was Bruce Lee. Long story short--I've been living in South East Asia for almost 9 years now and married to a Singaporean.

Things I like: Asian food especially Korean or Thai or Peranakan(Malay-Chinese), jogging, coffee, metal music, travel, phones, collecting guitars, acting on tv, cooking and I guess the brain torture of Mandarin.
