International high school teacher in Wuhan China, with a strong opinion on education: youth should be given a voice about how they are being educated! For more information on this idea, please message me to see my publication in the Chung Fu magazine!

I plan to live in China for awhile (if not forever). Started learning the language because I was pressured into taking Chinese 101 (beginner course at the University of Alberta, Canada) by a good friend of mine at the time. Chinese drove us apart, ironically, as much as it brought us together. He jumped ship, decided to live in Canada and work on his book. I decided to move to China!

Now I'm in love with a girl from Guangzhou, so my reasons for studying Chinese have become twofold: I need to win over my girlfriend's parents somehow; I need to understand what my --soon to be-- child will be saying when he "dings" 5 years!

To my viewers: thanks for reading my wordsmith!
