2 questions about the Skritter Japanese app

I am using the Skritter Japanese app for about two months now and I like it so far

I have two questions:

  1. Is is possible to review/test only the words/kanji I learned today?
After learning, I would like to review or test just the words/kanji I learned today. This is because it works best for me to repeat the review/test a few times. The only way to accomplish this I can think of is to make a specific list with words I learned today.

  2. Will there be landscape mode on the iPad in a future version of the app?
I use my iPad in landscape mode all the time.

There will be a way to do this in the future! Currently you can use the ā€œTestā€ mode inside of a deck to study words even if they arenā€™t due for review yet, however itā€™s not possible to select which set of words currently.

Yes!

P.S. All of our active development efforts are happening over on the new Skritter: Write Japanese app. Weā€™ve got some big Japanese focused updates planned for an upcoming version that should make it even better. This is the app thatā€™ll have the review/test option for recently learned kanji and kana!
