I use Skritter on my phone (小米 Max 3) and it sometimes works smoothly, but it often takes quite a while to load, and sometimes won’t start at all. What is causing this?

I’m using the latest version (I just updated yesterday).
What is your network connection like when the app loads smoothly, takes awhile, or just doesn’t load? (Is there any difference in connection speed or what network you’re connected to)?
I’m not sure if you’ve emailed us yet, however we’d really appreciate it so we can better sort this!
