Chinese characters stroke order scheme?

Can you recommend stroke order scheme/method/approach? I know the basic left to right and horizontal first…
some of the simplified chars appear to go against convention??

Yes, the URL of the images point to the new site instead of the legacy site. As a temporary workaround, one can manually change the address back to the legacy site.

For example, the URL of the first image can be displayed by changing it from https://www.skritter.com/images/resources/char1+live.385920356866939872.png to https://legacy.skritter.com/images/resources/char1+live.385920356866939872.png
