I want to create a custom list for Cantonese, and was wondering if it is possible to create a custom list with modified “pinyin”?
An example would be changing the reading of 人 to yahn

It’s unfortunately not possible to customize the pinyin like this, however you could add the Cantonese pronunciation into a custom definition field, or a mnemonic field.
