Using a pen on a graphical tablet does not allow to input even if the pen is in mouse mode

In mouse mode:
this works flawlessly. I prefer to use firefox so and do not want to have other browsers installed that might allow me to circumvent internet blocks i put up for myself to boost my productivity. so please fix this in firefox
