Both on my phone and my computer. Tried logging out and logging in, tried deleting cache. Still does not work

This should be working now! Had you recently reset your account, and if so do you remember if it was on the legacy website?
Yes, now it works, thanks! I did reset my account last week and I did it on the skritter.com page. Dunno if that is the legacy site or not
