Wacom not working on the site

I recently registered and wanted to use my wacom intuos on the website but the strokes are not registering at all…
i tried following the faqs but it’s not helping. Being able to use my intuos on the website is really important for me since i spend most of my time on my laptop.

Hmm, have you tried testing this out on different browsers, (like Chrome or Firefox for instance)?

i’ve tried firefox chrome and edge, non of them work

Are the Wacom drivers up to date? https://www.wacom.com/en/support/product-support/drivers

yes they are, i’ve got the latest version and restarted my laptop
