I have noticed over the last couple days that Skritter Web often times out, however my internet works fine on other websites and even the forum.
The outage seems to be only couple minutes each but happens repeatedly.
Are you currently performing maintenance?
We did notice some degraded performance from Google App Engine which powers the website late last week though it seemed to have resolved itself. There haven’t been any changes recently that should have caused performance issues but keep us updated. It looks like on February 5th, 2021 they were experiencing some issues in some regions:
