Websity study not loading

I’vebeen trying to study on the website today and when I click the study tab it goes to preparing study but does not move past there. I tried this on both a laptop and a desktop, both using Firefox 150.0.2 on CachyOS

I also tried accessing the website through my phone and it works without issue. Once again using Firefox 150.0.2 on android.

@khakiphantom try refreshing browser if you’re getting stuck, perhaps? Strange that it would work on mobile but not on the desktop. We haven’t made changes to website code, but I also saw things not loading when I pressed study… and then they did. No console errors that are helpful though.

Email team@skritter.com if you continue to run into issues and support/dev team can dig a bit deeper and try to debug.

I was able to get it working after clearing the cookies and everything else.
